Christ’s Ascension and Intercession We believe in the bodily ascension of Jesus Christ into heaven, where He is seated at the right hand of the Father and continually makes intercession for us. Acts 1:9-11; Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25

Water Baptism … by immersion is an act of obedience and public testimony of faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ, appropriate only for those who have personally confessed Him as Lord, and we baptize “in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, in obedience to the Scriptures, in Jesus’ name, Amen.” Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Acts 8:12,16
Indwelling and Baptism in the Holy Spirit We believe that every true believer is indwelt by the Holy Spirit, and that the baptism in the Holy Spirit is a distinct, subsequent experience empowering believers to be witnesses for Christ, with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit enables. Gifts of the Holy Spirit … are available and active in the Church today, given to believers for the edification and building up of the Body of Christ according to the biblical guidelines. 1 Corinthians 12–14
Spirit-Filled Life and Holiness We believe in the Spirit-filled life, relying completely on the Holy Spirit’s power to live separated from the world, pursue holiness, and demonstrate authentic Christian faith. The Lord’s Supper We believe that the Lord’s Supper is an ordinance for all believers, remembering Christ’s death, His promised return, and our shared fellowship in the one Body of Christ. 1 Corinthians 11:23-32
Eternal Destiny We believe in the eternal life and joy of the believer in God’s presence and the eternal punishment of the unbeliever apart from God. John 3:16; Revelation 21:8
Ministry Gifts to the Church We believe that the ascended Christ has given apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to equip believers for works of service and to build up His Church, the Body of Christ. Ephesians 4:11-12
